Online data pools collect the information from NBS case studies, helping scientists and practitioners to learn from previous achievements and mistakes and then to identify drivers and barriers of NBS implementations. The 21 online data pools examined in the article are different in terms of topics, availability and quality of the information provided; however, results show that some key attributes of NBS, such as ecosystem processes and services, or financing issues are often omitted. Finally, the paper proposes new categories for a more efficient online data pool.
